Welcome to Learning To Meditate In 5 Minutes A Day

If I’ve heard it once I’ve heard it a 1000 times so many people think,  “I suck at meditating.” But the truth is that this idea comes from a misunderstanding of what meditation is and how to be ‘succesful’ at it.

Well NO LONGER! With this course I have taken everything I learned from spending 2+ Years living at a Zen monastery where I did over 4000 hours of meditation and compressed it into a simple practice you can do in 5 mins a day.

You will learn:

  • How to sit with correct posture
  • How to be successful everytime you meditate
  • How to deal with the problems that make most people stop sitting
  • How to meditation part of your daily routine.

All I ask of you is that you watch the videos and listen to the guided meditations. If you do that you’ll find that you’ll be creating space and peace in your life faster then you ever thought possible.

What’s Next?

Tomorrow you will receive your first Video/Audio intro and guided meditation.

Please set aside 10 mins to watch or listen to the class and 5 mins to do the guided meditation. Then you will use this same guided meditation for the next 6 days.

Then next week at the same time you will receive a new class and a new guided meditation to learn and to use for the following week.

The course will last 4 weeks and at the end you will get a bonus guided meditation to help you with your next steps.

All you need to do to get ready is set aside some time tomorrow and bring either a meditation cushion or bench, or some spare pillows, or a sturdy chair. You’ll learn everything else you need from the video.

Final Thoughts

No matter what your level of peace or happiness mediation is an essential tool for life. Even after the Buddha became enlightened he sat meditation regularly. So how can we dispense with this vital practice. You have taken the first step on the path of your new life and your new happiness.
